The club’s annual introductory walk took place on the slopes of Mt Leinster Sunday 2nd October. A group of 40 plus under the guidance of Ger and Liam assisted by other walk leaders headed up Shannon’s Lane towards Mt Leinster. After a lunch break on Clorogue Mor the group split into ability groups who either went to the summit or were happy  to explore the lower slopes – all accomplished in glorious sunshine with little wind!
