Weather conditions were perfect to test new compass skills of the navigation group on the slopes of Mt Leinster on Sun. Dec. 15th. Poor visibility and high winds created some challenges but the group ‘dug deep’ and coped really well. Let’s hope there’ll be lots of practice on the hills over the next few months.
Bowe’s in Kiltealy was the venue for the well earned after-walk festive refreshments.
