Great first evening rock climbing session this eve with 13 people scaling new heights. Weather turned out to be perfect. Sessions continue every Thurs unless it rains. Hope to see some more of you there!
Weekly Rock climbing sessions will take place at Rocklands crag on Thursday evenings, weather permitting. Meet at the top of Mulgannon road near Electric Ireland sub station at 5.30. If arriving later and not sure how to get to crag phone Paul or Colette. Small cost towards gear replacement. Happy climbing!
Sunday Apr. 21st produced extremes of weather for the club Moderate walk to Lugnaquilla from the Glen of Imaal. Thankfully the clearer weather prevailed for 80% of the day but the energetic hailshower as the group crossed a snowfield reminded that Summer is not here yet!
First club climbing session of the season will be on Sat Apr 20th at Rocklands. Meet at 11.00 at top of Mulgannon road. Harnesses and helmets available for anyone willing to ‘give it a go’. Contact Paul or Colette. A regular weekly session will be set up. Details on the website soon.
