Sunday 24th February saw 50 walkers assemble at Bowe’s Kiltealy for an easy and moderate joint walk with the Tullow Mountaineering Club in brilliant sunshine and with a dusting of snow. The moderate walk was to Caher Roe’s Den and a contour back along the eastern slope while the easy walk took in Mt Leinster. Many thanks to the leaders on the day : Anthony and Martin .
Afterwards soup and sandwiches were had in Bowe’s of Kiltealy.
