Club rock climbing sessions continue on Mon evenings from 6. 30 onwards at Carrig crag off the Newtown road. Great opportunity to try some climbing. Club harnesses and helmets available on loan for members who do not have their own. Course day coming up on July 23rd with Colin Gibbon from Shielbaggan, so good idea to limber up on the rock the next few Mondays!
