Many club members have been busy recently getting to grips with the basics of map reading and navigation. An introductory group did 2 indoor and 2 outdoor sessions. 11 members are going ahead with the full official BOS MS1 & 2. The MS1 was run on Jan 28/29/30. Weather in the Comeraghs and Blackstairs was perfect for feature recognition. Now the group is eagerly awaiting some more difficult weather conditions so that they can really put their new found skills to the test! MS2 will be held Mar 5/6.
